CALENDULA SUN TEA

A cool delicious way to cool down during the hot summer months!

Directions:

  1. Add 2 -4 TBSP herb of your choice into a mason jar. I chose calendula this time because it reminds me of sunshine and even calls upon it. It also helps soothe many digestive ailments like irritation and inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract, impaired digestive and liver function, and bloating. Especially helpful for PMS symptoms.

  2. Pour cold water over the herbs filling the mason jar and cover

  3. Let Brew in the sunshine for about 2-6 hours (depending on how much time you have)

  4. Witness the plants swirling around while glitzing in the sun, it’s magical

  5. Strain and drink as is or add some ice cubes. Some pretty garnish is always fun. A nice slice of an orange with calendula is delicious. Enjoy !
